Include in your message

  • The page — its address or title, and the part that needs attention.
  • What happened — what looked wrong, or what you were trying to do.
  • Useful context — relevant working or the source you expected.

Send only the information needed to explain the problem. Leave out passwords, one-time sign-in codes, recovery codes, payment details and unnecessary personal information.

For example: Question about an energy calculation.

Tell us what you were trying to understand or find. Include a page link if it helps.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to get in touch?

No. You can use the form without signing in. We ask for your name and email so we can reply if needed.

What if the form can't send my message?

If a fallback email is shown, you can use it. Otherwise, check your message and download a report draft. The draft stays on your device; it isn't sent. Keep it and try again when delivery is available.

Can I attach a screenshot?

The form doesn't accept files. Include the page URL and describe what you see instead.

What happens after I report a correction?

A receipt confirms delivery, not that the report is correct. We'll check the page and relevant sources, then fix confirmed errors. Significant corrections may appear in Updates; small typo fixes may not get a separate entry.
